THE MISSION
INTEGRATING THE MIND, THE BODY, & THE NATURAL WORLD TOWARD WHOLE-BODY NOURISHMENT & EMPOWERED LIVING
First, take a deep breath.
Mind Body Nature Counseling helps people from all walks of life to find their true voice, authentic self, and inner wisdom. By holding space in the therapy office or on the trail, we help people encounter their values in a transformative way, offer compassion to alienated parts of themselves, and experience a safe, therapeutic relationship for growth and healing to occur. With an emphasis on making mental health support accessible to all, we take my experience and expertise outside the therapy context by creating workshops and experiences based on the needs of the community.

JUST FOR YOU

THE VELVET MAILBOX
Created by an artist and a therapist who crave slowness and softness in our fast-paced world, the Velvet Mailbox Club is a snail mail subscription designed to invite pause, play, and self-reflection at human speed. It's introspective self-care you can hold in your hands, offering both wisdom and wonder in equal measure.

Are you creatively curious? Missing the tactile joy of markers and paper? Tired of scrolling? Your mailbox deserves something softer than bills and junk mail.
