MEET ANNA GRACE
SOON-TO-BE LMHCA, RESIDENT THERAPIST
Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a nature-inspired therapist who believes that healing doesn’t happen in straight lines. It happens in spirals, returning, relearning, and growing deeper each time. No matter where you are in your story, you can always begin again.

MY JOURNEY
My background includes interning in a play therapy setting, which shaped the foundation of my therapeutic approach. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University (go Hoosiers!) and will complete my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marian University in May 2026.
APPROACH & STYLE
I carry the gentle spirit of play into all of my work, including with adults. Play is creative, regulating, and deeply human. Through art, imagination, and ecosomatic techniques, we will work together to create a space to explore yourself safely and authentically.
I work through a trauma-informed lens, supporting clients of all ages navigating identity exploration and life transitions. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, safe, and connected—both to yourself and to the world around you. I’m proudly allied with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you rediscover your inner strength and move toward becoming fully yourself.
CERTIFICATIONS
I am a soon-to-be Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate (LMHCA), working under the supervision of Bailey Sims.
I'm also Certified in Kids Yoga.
