MEET
ANNA GRACE O'DONOVAN
LMHCA, RESIDENT THERAPIST
I’m a nature-inspired therapist who believes that healing doesn’t happen in straight lines. It happens in spirals, returning, relearning, and growing deeper each time. No matter where you are in your story, you can always begin again.

MY JOURNEY
I have always been drawn to nature. I find that I am most myself near water, surrounded
by birdsong and the outdoors. Nature has a way of healing, grounding, and restoring us,
and I hope to carry that same energy into my work. My clinical background includes
interning in a play therapy setting, which shaped the foundation of my therapeutic
approach. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Indiana University (go Hoosiers!) and
completed my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marian University in May of
2026.
APPROACH & STYLE
I carry the gentle spirit of play into all my work, including with adults. Play is creative,
regulating, and deeply human. Through art, imagination, and eco-somatic techniques, we
will work together to create a space to explore yourself safely and authentically.
I work with folks who are looking for a holistic approach and a compassionate place to
process their experiences. I have a particular passion for supporting teens and young adults
as they navigate identity, relationships, anxiety, stress, and life transitions, though I enjoy
working with clients across all ages. I strive to embody both cultural humility and
multiculturalism, creating a safe space that supports BIPOC, LGBTQIA+.
I would be honored to walk alongside you as you rediscover your inner strength and move
toward becoming fully yourself.

I'm also Certified in Kids Yoga.
