MEET KELLIE RAMDEEN
LMHCA
Hi, I’m Kellie! I believe healing begins in relationships where we feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where clients of all ages—and couples—can show up exactly as they are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you better understand yourself while building lasting change.
I work from an integrative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive perspective that honors each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and story. Together, we’ll explore not only what’s happening in the present, but also the experiences and patterns that have shaped who you are today.

MY JOURNEY
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families across a variety of clinical settings. These experiences have reinforced my belief that healing isn’t about “fixing” ourselves, but rather understanding our stories, reconnecting with our strengths, and discovering new ways of relating to ourselves and others.
As a biracial, first-generation American, I value creating a space where clients feel respected, affirmed, and genuinely understood. I recognize that culture, identity, family systems, and lived experiences all play an important role in our emotional well-being, and I strive to approach every client with openness, humility, and curiosity.
Being invited into someone’s story is something I do not take for granted. It is a gift to walk alongside clients as they heal, grow, and create lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling
APPROACH & STYLE
I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. My style is warm, relational, and active, balancing thoughtful exploration with practical tools that support growth both inside and outside of our sessions.
My work is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, helping clients understand how past experiences and relationships continue to influence their present lives. I use a trauma-informed lens and integrate approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), play therapy, and attachment-based interventions when they best meet each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe in meeting people where they are and tailoring the therapeutic process to honor each person’s strengths, values, and lived experiences.
