MEET KELLIE RAMDEEN
LMHCA, RESIDENT THERAPIST
I'm a holistic, psychodynamic therapist committed to creating space for clients to show up authentically. I believe each person is complex and multifaceted, and capable of growth and healing. As your therapist, I will sit with you in big feelings, hard truths, moments of clarity, and pockets of joy and laughter.
My style is relational, meaning that I value connecting with clients on a deep, human level to help you cultivate insight and understanding. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, or just feeling stuck, my goal is to help you better understand yourself while building lasting change.

MY JOURNEY
Throughout my education and career, I’ve gotten experience providing psychodynamic therapy, play therapy, expressive therapy, parts-work, mindfulness-based therapy, and somatic techniques to clients of all ages, along with families and couples. These professional experiences, along with my own personal experiences with life’s many twists and turns, have reinforced my belief that healing isn’t about “fixing” ourselves, but rather understanding our stories and finding moments of stillness so that we can reconnect with ourselves and others and feel empowered enough to grow and blossom.
I understand that people are complex beings, and I value creating a space where clients feel empowered to embrace their whole selves. I strive to uphold both cultural humility and multiculturalism, creating a safe space that supports BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.
APPROACH & STYLE
My work is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, using a relational lens to create trust and safety for collaboration and vulnerability. I also believe in recognizing each person’s strengths as a starting point for growth and healing. Together we can explore your goals for therapy and I'll tailor my approach to meet your needs. We can incorporate play and art therapy, nature outings, somatic techniques, and parts work into our sessions—whatever makes sense for you.
