By connecting with the earth — and the body as part of the earth — we help you gather the information needed to help your mind have a fuller picture of your own inner, intuitive wisdom and physiological or sensational experience of the body. When we work together, you will feel held, seen, and understood.
COSTS & INSURANCE
The standard rate is $130 for a 50-minute session and initial intake sessions are $150. We offer income-based sliding scale rates on a limited basis.

We currently accept the following insurances: all Medicaid, Medicare, CareSource, Ambetter, Anthem/BCBS, and United/UMR. Insurance coverage varies depending on the provider.

We are deeply honored to walk alongside you as you embark on your journey toward empowerment, embodiment, and integration. When we work together, whether in a 1:1 setting, group setting, or a hybrid of the two, we will help you work toward building confidence, unearthing your true self, gathering practical skills and tools, and peeling back the layers to reveal and access your power and strength.
